Shipping Policy

Each product has an estimated creation time of 3 to 7 days. From here, the products whose final destination will be the address you have indicated will leave. When completing an order, you should receive an email to confirm that we have received it. If this is not the case, make sure you have written your email correctly so that you can receive notifications. Once the purchase process is complete, you can view your order in the "Orders" section of your profile.

All national and international shipments are managed by the transport agency CORREOS S.A.

SPAIN

 

• Ordinary mail:  Estimated shipping time of 3 to 6 business days. Does NOT include tracking of package status or insurance for damage or loss

• Certified mail: Estimated shipping time from 1 to 4 business days. Includes tracking code of the state and location of the package during the entire transport process + insurance in case of damage or loss during it.

Return policy

If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 15 calendar days, from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.

The returned product must be in its original unopened packaging and in perfect condition. You should contact erikainblueart@gmail.com to provide the shipping address.

Important: Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

 

The item must be returned unused.

The total amount of the products will be refunded but not the shipping costs. The return costs are borne by the buyer.

Customs

In the event that you place an order for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or a territory outside the European Union, you may have to pay additional costs for the shipment, which will be charged once the package arrives in the country or territory of destiny. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, since customs policies and import taxes vary from one territory to another.
